By using Happy Digital Solutions' ("the Company") website and services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site or services.
The Company provides real digital marketing services (photography, video, design, development, digital marketing, hosting) as well as digital growth services ("Growth Services"), some of which may be fulfilled in whole or in part through specialized third-party providers. The Company does not offer or endorse fake, bot-driven, or automated followers/likes/views that violate the terms of the target platforms.
Growth Services are priced in Egyptian Pounds or US Dollars depending on the service. Prices may change without prior notice; this does not affect already-confirmed orders. Once an order has been forwarded to the external provider, it may no longer be cancellable or refundable.
Customers may top up an in-site wallet balance via bank transfer or another payment method accepted by the team, subject to manual review before crediting. Wallet balance may only be used to order services available on the site and is non-refundable in cash except at the Company's discretion.
Because some services rely on third parties and platforms whose policies change frequently, the Company does not guarantee specific results or a fixed delivery timeframe. Reasonable effort will be made to fulfill every order.
Customers agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the target platforms' terms of use, and take full responsibility for the links/accounts they submit.
An account is required to order Growth Services. Customers can track their orders, wallet balance, and open support tickets through their account.
